Just after 7.00pm last night we were called out by our colleagues at Brecon Mountain Rescue Team to assist in the search for a hillwalker who’d become lost in the clouds and fog in the Brecon Beacons.
Both teams searched the summits across the central area of the Beacons and he was located by a Brecon search party near the summit of Pen Y Fan as we were searching Cribyn. Thankfully uninjured, it was a case of walking him off to safety.
