Central Beacons MRT  relies on the generosity of the public to fund our life saving services and are a charity staffed by unpaid volunteers.  Unlike other 999 services, around 95% of our funding comes from the generosity of the public making donations.

Raising funds for us will help us save a life, is fun and also a great way to challenge yourself, whether your selling cake at a bake sale or climbing a mountain, you can choose to support us and raise awareness of our work at the same time!

Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team covers South, Mid and West Wales, Central area of the Brecon Beacons, incorporatingPen y Fan, and the Ystradfellte waterfalls, Cardiff, Caerphilly, the Valleys and Newport.
